By accessing our Website or purchasing a ticket to our events, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ArtDep

ArtDep is a UAE-based cultural and educational project organizing art lectures, screenings, discussions, collaborations, and special events.

 

2. Use of the Website

By using this Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing tickets

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to interfere with the Website’s security or functionality

We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.

3. Event Registration & Ticket Purchase

3.1 Ticket Purchase

When purchasing a ticket for an ArtDep event:

• You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information

• All payments must be completed at the time of booking

• Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date indicated

Tickets may not be resold without our written consent.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are subject to the following refund terms:

• A refund of the ticket price is possible only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the event start time, and a valid reason for cancellation is provided.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: prartdep@gmail.com

• Refund requests submitted less than 24 hours before the event will not be accepted.

• In all other cases, tickets are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to evaluate cancellation reasons at our discretion.

If an event is cancelled by ArtDep, ticket holders will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer the ticket to a future event.
   

5. Event Changes

ArtDep reserves the right to:

• Modify event schedules, speakers, venues, or formats

• Postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances

• Refuse entry to any participant for inappropriate or disruptive behavior

In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Images

• Graphics

• Branding

• Event materials

is the intellectual property of ArtDep unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Photography & Media

By attending ArtDep events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event.

These materials may be used for:

• Social media

• Website content

• Marketing and promotional purposes

If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

ArtDep is not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss during events

• Technical failures beyond our control

• Third-party service disruptions

Participation in events is at your own risk.
